TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a booking with The Drag Brunch Leeds, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

1. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your table, performers, staffing, and event production.
• The remaining balance is payable prior to or on the day of your event.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. DATE CHANGES & AMENDMENTS
We understand plans can change.
• Date changes are permitted subject to availability, provided sufficient notice is given.
• Deposits may be transferred to a new date once only.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to a different group, resold, or exchanged for food or drinks. OP
Failure to attend, partial attendance, or late arrival does not qualify for a refund or credit.

3. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• If you cancel or fail to attend your booking, your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows or late arrivals do not receive refunds, extensions, or compensation.

4. BOTTOMLESS DRINKS POLICY
• Bottomless drinks are served for 90 minutes within a 2-hour Drag Brunch experience.
• Service begins at your allocated session start time.
• Late arrival will reduce your bottomless time accordingly.
• Drinks are served one at a time per person and must be finished before another is served.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service in line with responsible alcohol service laws.
Bottomless drinks are available to participating guests only and cannot be shared.

5. FOOD & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
• Brunch food is included as part of your booking unless stated otherwise.
• Menu items may vary and are subject to availability.
• Dietary requirements must be provided in advance. We cannot guarantee last-minute changes on the day.
No refunds are given for food not consumed.

6. GROUP BOOKINGS & TABLE ALLOCATION
• Tables are allocated based on group size and venue layout.
• Large groups may be seated across adjacent tables.
• We cannot guarantee specific table locations unless agreed in writing beforehand.
Group sizes and final numbers must be confirmed in advance. Reductions in numbers do not qualify for refunds.

7. EVENT CONTENT & ENTERTAINMENT
The Drag Brunch Leeds is a live entertainment experience.
• Performers, themes, and running order may change without notice.
• No refunds will be issued due to changes in performers or programming.
• Content may include adult humour, music, and audience interaction.

8. VENUE RULES & BEHAVIOUR
Guests must adhere to venue policies at all times.
• Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Guests may be removed without refund at management’s discretion.
• Dress codes apply for themed events where advertised.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes, including use on social media and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to appear in content, please notify a member of staff on arrival.

10. ACCESSIBILITY & SAFETY
• Please contact us in advance with any accessibility requirements.
• We aim to accommodate all guests wherever possible.
• Entry may be refused if a guest appears intoxicated on arrival.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Drag Brunch Leeds is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or technical issues.
In such cases, bookings may be transferred to a future date. Refunds are not guaranteed.
